Could you please reproduce the problem again and then attach Eclipse error log?
You can find it by selecting Help->About Eclipse Platform->Installation Details->Configuration tab->View Error Log.

Thanks for this report, apparently there is a problem with adding shader configuration to a Java project.

Please use general project instead.
