where to download Cortex M3 soft core for Xilinx FPGA

I'm trying to find/download the Cortex M3 soft core for Xilinx FPGA.

There is a link to download the the Cortex M1/3 soft core on: https://www.arm.com/resources/free-arm-cortex-m-on-fpga but when I click on this link, I get transferred to https://developer.arm.com/downloads where I can only find references and manuals but not the real deal.

Can someone tell me where I can find it?

    Hello,

    Arm is migrating all downloads to the Product Download Hub page that you ended up at. If you search for 'Xilinx' you should easily find both packages. You will need to create a user account to download.
