我使用

1. Tools: DS-MDK Professional Edition Version: 5.27.0

2. Device : ARMCA5

無法使用 CMSIS 的 File System & USB 等等的 components.

Yes, DS-MDK license is still valid.
Does MDK middleware (file system,USB..) support Cortex-A?

No, it only support Cortex-M, and you need a professional license(http://www2.keil.com/mdk5/editions/pro) of MDK or DS-MDK to use that
