I can't get a evaluation license.

I'm trying to install arm-ds 2024 and get an evaluation license, but I get the message "There are no products that can be activated with the current license settings" and cannot get the evaluation license.

It also says "Warning: The product license does not match the hostID of this system.", but the MAC address selection should be correct.

I downloaded and am using "Arm Development Studio 2024.0-1 for Windows 64-bit".

How can I get an evaluation license?

I apologize for the inconvenience, and would appreciate your help.

  • Hi

My name is Stephen and I work at Arm.  Sorry that you are having trouble getting an Evaluation License.

I've just done a quick test, and the evaluation licensing system seems to be working for me.

    To help us to investigate:
Have you been able to login into the evaluation licensing system, and retrieve a license?
If so, the Help > Arm License Manager should show, e.g.:

Do you have any other (old?) licenses present?

If you could send some screen-shots of the failing scenario, that might help us to investigate.

    Thanks

    Stephen
