I can't get a evaluation license.

My name is Stephen and I work at Arm.  Sorry that you are having trouble getting an Evaluation License.

I've just done a quick test, and the evaluation licensing system seems to be working for me.

To help us to investigate:
Have you been able to login into the evaluation licensing system, and retrieve a license?
If so, the Help > Arm License Manager should show, e.g.:

Do you have any other (old?) licenses present?

If you could send some screen-shots of the failing scenario, that might help us to investigate.

Taniguchi-san,

The warning message shown states that the HostID within the license file does not match your machine.

I suspect this is an older license that you generated some time ago. The system will only allow one evaluation license to be generated on an account. If you can share the license file I can confirm.

Do you have this file on your machine?
