Debug Arria10 with USB-BlasterII

Hi everyone,

i try to load my u-boot directly via the USB-BlasterII.

The USB-Blaster is configured: 

But at the next command doesnt work:

If i try to configure directly via IDE i can´t select USB-Blaster.:

Version is ARM DS IDE 2023.1

everybody know this problem?
