dstream trace probe failed with 2023.1

Dear Arm,

We met a issue when connect dstream to mictor-38 pin connector on board,  in usb log it says "Trace connector type is 'Unknown / no connector'“. But it can be successfully connected and do off-chip trace using a lauterbach powertrace. When using development studio's auto-calibrate tool, it always says "failed to detect the trace clock frequency" and the trc clk led turns red. We have checked the trace clk signal, seems OK. So anything that we have missed or some configuration problem in sdf?
