Dear Arm Team,
I am using Arm Streamline Performance Analyzer, Version 8.5.0, Build 20230412_165013 with gold license.
Added streamline annotations for kernel but not seeing any annotations while capture in streamline application, all kernel configs are enabled as per user guide.
Could you please guide me and help to fix this issue.

Thanks Stephen. @omji, when you do, please attach any logs from gatord (by running gatord with the `-d` flag), this will help us investigate.
