How to get the license after buying a Stratix 10 development kit?

You can obtain a free 30-day Evaluation License online.  Assuming you've downloaded & installed Arm DS, first launch Arm DS, then select Help > Arm License Manager.  Click "Add", then select "Obtain evaluation license".

Alternatively, you can either purchase a licence for Arm Development Studio from your local Distributor www.arm.com/.../distributors, or get a quote direct from Arm www.keil.com/.../prices.asp.
