What is the amplitude of the testInput_f32_10khz signal provided for test in this example and what is the refIndex value that is equal to 213?
I'm not sure what the original input was at this point. But you can always stick it into matlab or another known to be working fft and compare that to cmsis. Alternatively, generate a new signal with known amplitude of the signal and the noise, and put it into the example project.
