Unable to execute API call/api/v1/connect error while login

I couldn't log in with the error "Unable to execute API call/api/v1/connect". after select [obtain evaluation license] option . Please check whether the problem ocurred again.

    I'm an Arm employee.  I've just tried this myself and was able to obtain an evaluation licence successfully.

    Please could you try again?  It may have been a temporary glitch.

    If you continue to have issues, please check with your IT department, who may prevent such access by firewall.  They will need to whitelist 217.140.99.179 in your firewall, which corresponds to a page on the public developer.arm.com. Default http ports 80 and 443 should be sufficient.

    I hope your evaluation of Arm Development Studio now goes well.
