"Unable to execute remote query" issue

Hello

when I try to get a 30 day evaluation license, get a error "Unable to execute remote query"  at choosing network interface.

The ADS version is 2021.1, can you please help me?

    Thanks for you reply.

    Now I receive another error :"Host ID is already used for this evaluation product and cannot be used again" at same situation.

    As you know,I have not register success, why point me "already used".

    Sorry that you have again not been able to obtain an evaluation license.  We'll need to investigate further, and may need to send you a license instead.
