When I tried to debug the source code with FVPs

When I debug the program with cortex-8 model, it works well but the other models do not work

I have the 30days trial license for the ultimate edition
I wonder that the trial license do not support the ARMv8 FVPs
I need to use the big.LITTLE model... but it is impossible now

Yes, the trial license supports the ARMv8 FVP:
The AEMv8 is a generic ARMv8 model, not defined at a processor level. This means that it does not contain higher level configurations such as big.LITTLE.
If you need to use a model that is configured for big.LITTLE, such as the ones below, then you need to purchase them separately from ARM.
You can also request a trial of Fast Models, which you could use to build your platform and then import into DS-5.
