DS-5: Unable to connect to USB-Blaster

Hello!

I'm currently trying to develop on a Cyclone V SoC using the DE10 Nano Development Kit. When trying to set up a debug configuration in DS-5 the USB-Blaster connection is not found! I've attached a screenshot. Please let me know of any speculations or suggestions to fix this connectivity issue.
