Development Studio 2020.0 win 64 Obtain evaluation license fail

Hi !  I'm installed Development Studio 2020.0 win 64  ,I want Obtain evaluation  license ,when i input Email and password , then click Next  ,But  Have no reaction !

Pls help me ,thank you !

    Thanks for installing Arm Development Studio 2020.0.  I'm sorry to hear that you've not been able to obtain a licence yet.
    I work at Arm and have just done a quick test to get an evaluation licence myself, apparently successfully.
    There may have been a temporary glitch with Arm's license manager portal, so I suggest you try again.  
    Please create a new account using your company e-mail address rather than 126.com.
