Now, I've a DS-5 debug tool and a J-link emulator, but I don't know how to connect the J-link to the DS-5. Can anybody help me?
thanks.
I did not try it on DS-5, but in GNU ARM Eclipse plug-ins there is a dedicated J-Link Debugging plug-in that works on any Eclipse (from Kepler up).

Liviu
Hello yilang98,
Unfortunately DS-5 does not support the Segger J-Link. There are ways to get it to work - none of which ARM currently sanction - but your mileage may vary. DS-5 supports the DSTREAM and to a lesser extent (low end devices only) the ULINKpro Family, and for some boards it will support a CMSIS-DAP compatible debug interface. There is a nice list of supported platforms and which debugger supports them here.
Hi yilang98,
Someone from Seggar should be able to help you here better than I can as J-Link is not an ARM product.
However, I am aware that there is support for DS-5 provided by J-Link. I understand this is documented in the J-Link User Guide, Software Version 4.86, Manual Rev.2 dated June 6 2014.
I hope this helps you.
