I try to evaluate DS-5 ( 30-day license).
But I keep getting, and nothing helps:
In some tries I get:
>>> Unable to execute remote query (response code 502).
In other tries:
>>>> internal server error
and in other also:
>>>> Unable to execute API call /api/v1/connect
and also got:
>>> >>> Unable to execute remote query (response code 503).

I've re-installed everything again , at least 2-3 times :( , doing plenty of resets.
Yet, there is No change and I still get "internal server error", and other similar message as before.
I than tried to use manually registration, but then I need to enter serial number in arm web site.
But I don't have yet any serial arm number, becuase I don;t have any hardware yet.
I just try to evaluate software.
I spend half day trying to install ds-5 30-day license. That's really a nightmare.
Can someone please help ?

"Internal Server Error" message at 21:30, 19/02/2019
The same here as of 20th Feb. 2019. I always get to see "internal server error"
It's now saying "Login failed. Check your email address and password are correct." However I have made sure my credentials are correct.
It is issue an issue in ARM server.
I wish someone would have wrote it before I did half day of trials....Anyhow it is in the server
