DS5 float license issue

I want to connect float license server.

but, there is below error ?

Do you know that is this Server side issue or client side issue ?

    From the above I see the following:
    " Selected toolkit: DS-5 Compiler-only"

    Open the DS-5 debugger -> Help -> Arm license manager, and select DS-5 Ultimate Edition (or Professional Edition) from the toolkit pulldown. This should set all the appropriate settings for your license.

    If you only have a compiler license, then you cannot use Streamline. Please contact your Arm sales contact for more information.
