Does using CMSIS-dsp library cost current?

I am new to MCU development and I want to ask a basic question.

As the title asked, does using CMSIS-dsp library cost current?

For example,  I have already known that using CMSIS-DSP fft function is much fastter than kissfft on Cortex M4 with the same calculation setting,

But I don't know which method consumes more current.

If anyone knows please let me know.
