It is kown that DynamIQ based cores have a separate DebugBlock, which allows for the deployment of separate power domains for debugging logic. Some external debug registers then moved from core power domain to DebugBlock, which is the debug power domain.
And then, v9 cores with FEAT_DoPD move most of the external register back from debug power domain to core power domain, I am confused about this.
Could someone tell me the reason for this change? Thanks in advance.
