Is there an IntMemAxi for 128-bit memories?

I'm using R52, which has AXI4/128b interface. Is there an IntMemAxi (BP140) but that supports 128-bit?  128-bit memories will help out other paths in the design. Besides, bottlenecking the memory would do the R52 any performance favors.
