Core_n System Timer reset behaviour

Hello, 

I'm working with i.MX8DX (Dual Core CortexA35) 

My question is this:

If a PE is reset. Is the CNTPCT_EL0 is also reset and start from 0? or keep counting normally?

    If the i.MX8DX dual core Cortex-A35 share the same system counter, the system counter is still on when one PE is off and the other core is on.

    So CNTPCT_EL0 of the offline-CPU will get the latest system counter when that CPU is online again.
