About Nuvoton NUC029LAN UART

I have one small doubt on Nuvoton Nuc029LAN, In data sheet it is mentioned as 2Uarts,But in pinout it has Multiple UART pins, I am designing PCB now, using these UART to interface GSM and RFID reader, which is the proper UART0 and UART1  ? 

P3.0- RXD

P3.1- TXD   and also P0.3 and P0.2 are same 

Please help here.
