1.FRDM-K64F第一次插上USB之后RGB灯红绿蓝依次闪烁（此刻是放平的），根据FRDM-K64F Quick Reference 放平的情况下RGB灯应该是熄灭的

2.按照http://www.keil.com/appnotes/docs/apnt_287.asp中apnt_287.pdf中OpenSDAV2 Configuration for the NXP Kinetis FRDM board中要求依次操作，每次均达到它的要求，但是Test the CMSIS-DAP Connection没有在SW Device看到有效设备，我已经重复按照操作执行好几次，还是不行
