I want to know about ARM rights

I am planning to release an analog board game "ASSEMBLE FIGHT" to create the programming by combining the mnemonic of the assembly into a card when April 25 (Saturday) Spring 2020. I want to use ARM instructions. So, I looked into various things, and found that in the case of assembler language, it was registered as a trademark, unlike other C # and Python.
If you can forgive me, could you let me use some of your instruction set?

* The instruction to be used is the one that adds mov substitution to four arithmetic operations such as add, sub, mul, and sdiv.
The description method will be described as "add, r3, r3, r1" per instruction.
