Arm Community Survey 2022

November 15, 2022

Hello everyone,

Around this time last year, we shared a survey for anyone that uses this site to give us feedback. The topic of the survey was around the reorganized forums and blogs, and how easy members found it navigate around and know where to post. We had 45 responses from people in 19 countries.

One of the questions we asked was how easy was it to find what you are looking for. The average score was 3.3, and over half the respondents rated the search experience as 4 or higher. That told us the new and flattened site structure was having a positive effect for our members. We also upgraded the version of our software, which fixed a bug that was kicking people out of search while they typing.

The score also means we can do better, and we are working on improving the search experience for everyone who uses our site. I hope to share more details soon.

Member satisfaction

The theme of the upcoming survey is member satisfaction. We want to know how you rate your interactions on the site and how we can improve your experience as a valued member. We review every piece of feedback we receive about the Arm Community, and now is your opportunity to let us know how we are doing.

The survey will run from November 16 and will appear as a pop-up window while you are browsing our community. We will review the results in the new year, and share overall feedback soon afterwards. The survey should only take a few minutes complete so please spare the time to help us understand how we can improve this community for you.

More ways to engage with Arm

Outside of our survey, we have other ways you can engage with us:

  • On every page of this site, we have a yellow feedback tab on the right side of your browser window. You can use that at any point to provide feedback to us.
  • You can open a question or discussion in our Community help forum. The Community team monitors every post raised, and you will receive a response to any post raised there.
  • Finally, Arm has recently launched a developer program. This program is designed to bring developers from across our ecosystem together and get closer to Arm experts and content. You can learn more about the program here. We have also launched a Discord server where you can share your own Arm-based personal or professional projects and content to gain insights from the community and Arm experts.

Thank you,

Oli
