Arm Community survey 2024

Hello everyone,

We are now running a survey for everyone who visits the Arm Community.

Member satisfaction

The theme of the upcoming survey is member satisfaction. We want to know how you rate your interactions on the site and how we can improve your experience as a valued member. We review every piece of feedback we receive about the Arm Community, and now is your opportunity to let us know how we are doing.

The questions are:

  1. How would you rate your experience in the community? (1-5 rating)
  2. Could you share an example of that experience?
  3. How likely are you to recommend the Arm Community to someone who needs help with, or wants to learn about working on Arm technology? (1-5 rating)
  4. How could we make the Arm Community more useful to you?
  5. Beyond forums and blogs, which other things would you like to see as part of Arm Community?

The survey runs from today (May 29th) and will appear as a pop-up window while you are browsing our community. The survey should only take a few minutes complete. Please spare the time if you can, to help us understand how we can improve this community for you.

More ways to engage with Arm

Outside of our survey, we have other ways you can engage with us:

  • On every page of this site, we have a yellow feedback tab on the right side of your browser window. This tab is available year-round for whenever you want to share feedback with us.
  • You can open a question or discussion in our Community help forum. The Community team checks every entry, and you will receive a response to any post raised there.
  • Finally, Arm has launched a developer program. This program is designed to bring developers from across our ecosystem together and get closer to Arm experts and content. You can learn more about the program here. We have also launched a Discord server where you can share your own Arm-based personal or professional projects and content to gain insights from the community and Arm experts.

Thank you
Oli
