Couldn't launch Arm MS Graphics Analyzer 2020.3

Hello Everyone:

                        I Downloaded and Installed  Arm Mobile Studio,and I want to use mgd(Mali graphic debugger) to trace my vedio trace.But when I launch 

Arm MS Graphics Analyzer 2020.3,It occurred a problem and Arm MS Graphics Analyzer 2020.3 couldn't work.Here is the log,plz help me to find out why I couldn't launch Arm MS Graphics Analyzer 2020.3,Thank you all!

    We're not aware of any issues with Windows 10 build 1809, and cannot reproduce the failure you are seeing here. It looks like a native dependency is failing to resolve, but we're not sure why as all of the dependencies are bundled with the tool installation. 

    Our only ideas currently is that an installed a file is corrupt, or anti-virus is triggering and blocking access to one of the DLLs. Can you try reinstalling?
