How to add a .jlinkscript file in keil uvision 5

I want to create a project in keil uvision5 for mimxrt1170-evk board to access sdram, I tried to recreate example project. But the only issue I have is, I dont know how to generate the .jlinkscript file. The example full code is in the zip file. Can anyone guide me how to create .jlinkscript file in keil uvision5 project. sdram.zip
