In the above window firmware version is related to debugger or keil ide? can I change my firmware version for ulink pro d to 1.59?
The 'Firmware Version' which you would see in this dialog if you would have connected a ULINKpro comes from the ULINKpro driver in µVision. ULINKPro does not have a pre-installed firmware that you could update manually. The firmware is downloaded in µVision when you first use ULINKpro after you have connected it to the USB interface. So the ULINKpro firmware depends on the MDK version. The latest one is V1.59.
I have installed keil 4.73 in one system in that we are not able to detect some ulink pro d , and rest of ulink pro d (only firmware version 1.57) was working. and another system keil 5.36 there every debugger is working. Is there any way we can make it work for keil 4.73 since in website it was mentioned ulink pro d will work for keil4.73 and above version?
OK, I think this is a completely different issue. When you connect a ULINKpro D to MDK 4.73 which does not work, do you get the error message "Firmware download failed" as described on this page in step 5?

If yes, please follow the recommendations in this step 5 for older MDK versions. I hope this will solve your problem.
