DS-5 CMSIS DAP Connection Issue

I experience errors in debugging using the DS-5.

The debugger have a 50/50 chance of connecting.

This issue is related to TCP.

Scenario:

1. Compile and debug.

     Result: Successful

2. Stop and disconnect

3. reconnect and debug

    Result: - sometimes Error

               - sometimes Connected

I tried the following versions v5.18 to v5.20

    We are also having debug issues with Phytec Vybrid dev board.

    Most of the time the debugger will not connect because no debug device is found.

    Power cycling the pcb as suggested by Phytec Support does not resolve the issue.

    We are using DS5 5.18.0 running under UBUNTU 14.04.

    Is anyone out there having reliable operation?  What are you doing differently?
