Required RVDS 4.0 evaluation license with compiler to build my VeriFone base application if it is successfully done so i can purchase license but for testing i required evaluation license

Aun This is a very old toolchain. I do not believe that evaluation licenses for this can still be issued. Furthermore, your use case is not one of evaluation of the Arm tool. You should contact Verifone...
