Can I build a custom SingleBoardComputer like Raspberry PI

I want to build a Laptop completely from scratch and want to make a pcb design for a fully working SBC with Linux or Android OS on it. It would be nice to have ARMV8-A on it.

PS: I am not going to solder CPU, GPU and RAM by hand. I'm going to use manufacturer service for that

    Okay. I ever wanted to build a Single Board Computer based on a ARM Cortex 53. Similar to a Raspberry Pi. I am new to ARM but I know how to make schematics and pcb Gerber files.

    I am pretty sure that I am not able to solder the ARM by hand but PCBWay got a service to use solder machines for that job
