Unable to login to create a 30 day evaluation license for ARM DS

Apologies for the delay, but the problem with the Arm server is not yet resolved.

We are working on this as a priority and hope to have this fixed within the next few days.

In the meantime, if you have not yet done so, please open a Support case to request an evaluation license for Arm DS.

What is the typical response time from support for something like this (receiving an evaluation license)? I opened up a case several days ago and have heard nothing. This is becoming frustrating.

I was finally able to create a license today using the ARM Development Studio License Manager.

Thanks, Miika. I had tried just before my last post 3 hours back and it still wasn't working. I just tried again and was able to create a license. They must have fixed it within the last few hours.

ARM DS5 v5.29.3 still can't generate license,after input account and password,click finish,has no response,please help,tks!

Arm are aware of the ongoing issues with evaluation license generation, and apologise for the delay. We shall provide an update when the issues are resolved.

Please note that DS-5 evaluation licenses are no longer available, only Arm Development Studio.

thank you for your update,i need the armcc tool in linux system,it seems Arm Development Studio doesn't have armcc tool ,can arm reopen DS-5 evaluation licenses again?thank you

I download latest Arm Development Studio 2022.1 version and get a 30-days evaluation license,but when i run armclang command,it also report license error,please help to check,tks!

In the IDE, go to Help > Arm License Manager. Under 'Active Product', click on 'Change', and select Evaluation edition.

We believe the issues with generating licenses has been resolved. If you continue to see issues, please raise a support case from the above support menu.

I test with ARM DS-5 V5.29.3,still can't generate evaluation license,i already raise a case for this issue,but arm engineer insist on evaluation license can only be generated on latest ARM DEVELOPMENT STUDIO 2022.1 tool,also i can generate a license using that,but the license can't be used for arm ds-5,with evaluation license generated by ARM DEVELOPMENT STUDIO 2022.1 ,armclang can be used,but i need armcc tool,when i try to migrate from armcc to armclang,the codebase report so much error,so i want to know if arm can re-open evaluation license on    ARM DS-5 V5.29.3,great thank!

DS-5 is a very old toolchain, and is not available for evaluation.

Please also note that an evaluation license is not to be used for commercial use.
