Unable to login to create a 30 day evaluation license for ARM DS

Hi team,

I wanted to generate a 30 day evaluation license from ARM DS IDE. Even though the login credentials are correct, I am unable to login to my account but I am able to login to account in website. I have also sent a mail to support to provide me a license for MAC ID which is being shared in the mail. Kindly help me with this login issue ASAP.

I was finally able to create a license today using the ARM Development Studio License Manager.

Arm are aware of the ongoing issues with evaluation license generation, and apologise for the delay. We shall provide an update when the issues are resolved. Please note that DS-5 evaluation licenses...

DS-5 is a very old toolchain, and is not available for evaluation. Please also note that an evaluation license is not to be used for commercial use.
