I downloaded the Arm DS IDE 2020.0 and a 30 day evaluation license. However, when I activate the product I get the following error message:
No product is available to activate with the current license configuration
How can this be corrected as I assume my 30 day evaluation clock is ticking.
Thank you.
HiMy name is Stephen and I work at Arm.Just to check: did you download Arm DS 2020.0, or the latest 2023.0 ?30-day evaluation licenses can only be used with the latest Arm DS 2023.0 product. If you downloaded 2020.0, then please uninstall it, then download/install 2023.0 instead.Stephen
Yes, I mistakenly downloaded the wrong version. No clue as to how that happened since I tried to download the latest. I will continue as you suggest. Thank you.
After getting everything installed correctly, I tried to access fromelf.
Should this be included with the evaluation license? I get the following error, which seems like it has to do with a licensing environment not correctly configured.

Hello,
Use the supplied "Arm DS 2023.0 Command Prompt", which has all necessary environment variables configured.
You should then be able to run fromelf (and all other command line tools).
