Hello
Why has my content been moderated?
Content is generally moderated for two reasons:
Once placed into moderation, the content will be reviewed to see if it should be removed or placed back into the community. If your content is ruled as inappropriate and marked for deletion, then you will receive an email giving you the choice to appeal against the decision. From there, the community team will be in touch for a final decision.
Check out Moderation guidelines for more information on moderation in this community.

trouble is, that email gives you no indication of why the content was ruled inappropriate - so you have no idea what you're "appealing" against.
Also, the moderated content cannot be seen - so the poster can't check what they posted in order to correct or rephrase it.

That seems to be the wrong link - it goes to 'Connections between community members':
https://community.arm.com/community-help/w/community-documentation/105/connections-between-community-members
I've updated the link, thanks for flagging Andy. Part of the moderation process is the ability to appeal. If an appeal is received, then the moderator engages the member to explain the situation.
However, I think we can do better at explaining why items get flagged or caught by our system, so I am taking the action to document the process more clearly. I will add it to the above link, and update this thread when it is ready.
