Yes, internally ARM does continually benchmark current mobile devices versus system guidance analysis results and benchmarks. The system guidance 'Analysis Report' includes benchmarks such as Android AnTuTu which can be compared with current mobile device scores. But this comparison is quite challenging as often detailed platform configurations such as CPU clock frequency, cache configuration or memory system can differ. This can make it difficult to compare results. Nevertheless, ARM does look to ensure there is an upward trend in benchmark results with latest system guidance.
