Trying to locate UMC 22nm USK DSK supplemental library or alternative.

There is a TSMC 22nm Supplemental Standard cell library containing DSK and USL level shifter libraries. 

I cannot locate the equivalent for UMC 22nm process, any suggestions on where to locate or an alternative solution?
