About UMC55 ULP sign off FFG/SSG corner

We noticed that ARM UMC55ULP sign off guide tell us to use only FF/SS corner.
But we found there are SSG/FFG lib provided in offical PDK. Can we use FFG/SSG corner to signoff our design ?
