I have following quires about NiC-400:
1) When nic-400 configured for reading and write acceptance/issue in Socrates. Does Interconnect also allocate the FIFOs (buffers) in datapath(i.e. respective channels)?
2) Does these read and write configuration affect the multiple outstanding transactions with help of CDAS?
3) What if the configuration set minimum value(say 1), Can multiple outstanding transactions still be possible?
