Amba Adaptive Traffic Profiles question

Hi,

I see the Amba Adaptive Traffic Profiles blog and it's interesting.

Is it only a specification ?

Any public domain source code (C++ or Python) or executable to generate the traffic patterns in a commercial simulator ?
