There is no specific trace tutorial for a LPC54606 - Please refer to a general trace introduction: "ULINKpro User's Guide" https://developer.arm.com/documentation/101416/0100/Setup-ULINKpro/Configure...

These images are too small, unfortunately. Also, the Trace configuration is missing (Options for Target - Debug - Settings - Trace).

If you possess a valid license key, an investigation can be triggered by opening a Support Ticket:
