I am using Keil Studio Cloud for the first time. I can't create a new project. I fill everything neatly, example project , project name, make the project active... AAdd Project. and then nothing happens.... Can't select an active project.... What am I doing wrong?

I am accessing via Mbed
Using "new Mbed project" yields the expected selection window. After selecting a template, providing a project name and selecting Add Project - the selection window closes and then literally nothing happens - no errors, no messages, nothing. I have tried this multiple times over a couple of days.
If I use "new CMSIS Project", the selection window opens but there are no options in the template pull down - so I cannot proceed
Note: I have an account I made about a month ago that works fine - so this is not user error
Note: I checked my user profile, it is correct and I am logged in
What I also noticed is that some UID is displayed in User Profile for my newly created account. In my case, it is "Hello, bac37ed3-8cc2-435d-bc8a-4357071cddd3". A proper username is displayed for my old account.
