I'm new to nucleo boards I got a program from my teacher that I could download it to the board, and it worked, but now whenever I download the program to nucleo-f401re I get internal command error. also I noticed something , when I connect my board to my laptop LD1 is red and LD3 is red but when I shake the usb wire a little Ld1 turns green! I'm using uvision v5.23 and I updated the board too! please help!
So why are you not talking to your teacher about this?
We know nothing about you, or your equipment, or what you're doing.
We cannot see what you're doing.
Your teacher does know you, can see exactly what you're doing, and what happens, and when - so (s)he is in a far better position to help you!
And it is his/her job to help you.
can't go to teacher's class those days need to tell why too?
Sounds like the cable or connector are bad if moving it affects things.
Try changing the connection options to "connect under reset", or pulling the BOOT0 pin high.
Does the teacher not have email/skype? You're taking a technology class in 2017...
thx , I fixed it by changing the option on target to pre-reset or under reset options. now it's downloaded. the program should connect to a phone via Bluetooth (I connected the Bluetooth shield) but when I search for I don't find the device
