Ulink no tristate after flash

Hello,
I use the ulink for flash a XC164CM board.
everything working fine. But now I like to use a pin (P3.7_/BRKIN) of the JTAG Interface for general purpose output.
The problem is, the ULINK don't set the outputpin (JTAG_13) after flashing to high impedance. The internal ULINK-signal U_OE is still '0', so the 74LVC244 outputs are still active.
Disconnection of J1 on the ULINK solve this problem.
Even disconnect and connect the USB cable.

Any solution?

Hello Hans,

thanks, the version 1.14 works fine.
I was using the version 1.8.
After flashing, the COM-LED on the ulink still light.
Now the LED switch off.
