Ulink no tristate after flash

Hello,
I use the ulink for flash a XC164CM board.
everything working fine. But now I like to use a pin (P3.7_/BRKIN) of the JTAG Interface for general purpose output.
The problem is, the ULINK don't set the outputpin (JTAG_13) after flashing to high impedance. The internal ULINK-signal U_OE is still '0', so the 74LVC244 outputs are still active.
Disconnection of J1 on the ULINK solve this problem.
Even disconnect and connect the USB cable.

Any solution?

Thanks
Gerd

  • Hi Gerd,

I cannot duplicate your problem. ULINK/ULINK2 switches all output drivers to high impedance after a flash download or debug session.
What version do you use? I tried with UL2OCDS.dll version 1.14 (see Help-About uVision) which is included in PK166 version 6.09. You need this version because some reset issues have been solved for XC164CM devices.
