DStream not showing up in Firmware Installer

I have my new DStream-ST connected to USB. Windows reports a problem with the device, and it doesn't show up in the Browse window of the HW Firmware Installer. I tried resetting to factory defaults without success. Is there anything else I can try?

    Hello Oli,

    Apologies, actually I remember finding that website, but I can't figure it out. I don't see different 'forums' there. I see all those tags at the bottom, but none of those match DStream or ADS.

    This site was the only place I could figure out how to post a question! Maybe someone else can chime in.
