Hi TeamGreetings
We are working on an STM Microcontroller using TFM architecture with the TFM application and TFM SBSFU for Thales Payment Project. We are in contact with ST for our queries regarding some of the requirement implementation and still haven't received a clear picture.Kindly assist us in achieving the following requirement.1. I need to access a secure module from the non secure area of the application as per the TFM architecture. Could you please suggest a step by step method to access the secure area.
2. how can i add a peripheral(example ADC) in the secure zone of the TFM project.
3. i want to add a crypto module that I'm developing into the secure area and access from the non secure world.
Could you please suggest some insight into how the requirements can be achieved using TFM on STM32U5Thanks in advance for your understanding
Regards
Philip
Hi Philip,
Firstly, I am not an expert in TF-M, but I believe your issue is significantly related to the MCU design you are working with. Therefore, I suggest you refer to the specification of your MCU, or pose your question in the ST community(Home - STMicroelectronics Community) where I have seen some responses. You might also find the ‘Trusted Firmware-M Technical Overview’(TrustedFirmware-MTechnicalOverviewQ1-2023.pdf) and ‘Arm TrustZone Technology for the Armv8-M Architecture(TrustZone technology for Armv8-M Architecture Version 2.1)’ documents helpful.

Hi Tiffany LinThanks for your replyQuery is regarding TFM on STM32U5 controller. But this part is with respect to the TFM thats why i was thinking to get an expert opinion here as well. i have posted the question in ST community as well and am waiting for a reply. Will also refer the documents that were shared from you
Thanks for your supportRegards
I’ve found this page(Arm Virtual Hardware User Guide), perhaps you might want to give it a try, or see if it has the information you need.
Sincerely,
