ARMV8 CR52 TCM ECC

problems

I am using the T2M series chip of renesas series, the kernel is ARM V8 CR52, the Cache and TCM memory have ECC function, we want to carry out ECC fault injection test of 1 bit and 2 bit for TCM, I have no relevant introduction in the kernel manual, please help to answer it, thank you.
